Immediate loading of implant is the placement a definitive or temporary prothesis within first week placement. The prosthesis connected to an immediately loaded may not be function depending upon existing condition patients oral health. It has become widely reported practice with success rate comparable conventionally implant. only depends survival but also hard and soft tissue stability underneath prosthesis. This paper narratively discusses about different factors affecting immediate guidelines implants in partially completely edentulous arches.
